Matheo
Avec plus de six ans d’expérience derrière le bar, Mathéo a transformé la création de cocktails en un art raffiné. À travers Les Ateliers Mixologie, il partage sa passion depuis plus d’un an, guidant les participants dans un voyage sensoriel captivant.
Whether you're a novice or a passionate enthusiast, Mathéo will unveil the secrets of master bartenders, inviting you to explore a universe where every sip tells a story. Join him and let the magic of cocktails enchant you.
Paul
With five years' experience in the bar and service industry, Paul has honed his expertise through an international career.
He started out in Malta as a barista and waiter, then moved on to Canada, notably to Gatineau and the prestigious Fairmont Banff Springs, where he received top-level training in mixology. He then took up the position of bar supervisor at the Marriott Laval, where he managed a team and created signature menus.
Today, he passes on his passion by teaching the art of mixology.
David
Avec plus de dix ans d’expérience dans l’univers de la restauration, David s’est taillé une réputation enviable à travers Montréal grâce à son grand professionnalisme et son souci inégalé du détail.
À travers Les Ateliers Mixologie, David met son amour des choses bien faites au service de la création, vous guidant pas à pas dans un univers où chaque geste a son importance. Que vous soyez curieux de découvrir la mixologie ou déjà amateur averti, il saura vous transmettre les secrets des grands bartenders et vous faire apprécier toute la richesse des spiritueux.
Julien
Fort d’une riche expérience internationale, Julien a perfectionné son art derrière les comptoirs en France et au Japon, deux cultures d’une exigence et d’une précision remarquable.
À travers Les Ateliers Mixologie, Julien met aujourd’hui cette expertise unique à votre portée. Que vous souhaitiez maîtriser les gestes techniques, explorer de nouveaux équilibres de saveurs ou simplement vivre un moment d’exception, il vous guidera avec générosité et maîtrise.
