With an unwavering commitment to mastering the art of cocktail creation, Thomas has honed his skills across the globe. Beginning his journey in Corsica, he then sailed to Ireland before finally landing in Canada.
His mixology classes will undoubtedly make you the star of any gathering, and you’ll leave with skills you never knew you had.

Matheo
With over four years of experience behind the bar, Mathéo has refined cocktail creation into an elegant art. Through The Mixology Workshops, he shares his passion, guiding participants on a captivating sensory journey.
Whether you're a novice or a passionate enthusiast, Mathéo will unveil the secrets of master bartenders, inviting you to explore a universe where every sip tells a story. Join him and let the magic of cocktails enchant you.

Paul
With five years' experience in the bar and service industry, Paul has honed his expertise through an international career.
He started out in Malta as a barista and waiter, then moved on to Canada, notably to Gatineau and the prestigious Fairmont Banff Springs, where he received top-level training in mixology. He then took up the position of bar supervisor at the Marriott Laval, where he managed a team and created signature menus.
Today, he passes on his passion by teaching the art of mixology.
